1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Weaver browser extension and related online services (“Weaver”), provided by __LEGAL_ENTITY__. By installing or using Weaver you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Free and paid features
Weaver’s on-device features are free. Weaver Pro is an optional subscription that adds Weaver Sync, version history and a monthly allowance of hosted AI credits. Features included in each plan are described on our pricing page and may evolve; we will not remove a core paid feature during a billing period you have already paid for.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
4. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as merchant of record and seller of your subscription. Its terms apply to the purchase, and taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the current period.
- Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends. We will remind you before a trial converts.
- Refunds: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Statutory rights in your country are not affected.
5. AI credits
One credit is used for each bookmark or tab processed by hosted AI Organize, with a minimum of 10 credits per run. Credits are deducted only when a plan is successfully generated. Monthly Pro credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs, if offered, expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value. We may apply fair-use limits to prevent abuse.
6. Your content
You own your bookmarks, notes and other content. You grant us a limited licence to store, transmit and process that content solely to provide Weaver to you. AI suggestions are proposals; you decide whether to apply them.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Weaver: no attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering our servers, reselling access, or using hosted AI for anything other than organizing your own items.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Weaver reliable but provide online services “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep exports of anything important. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice; if we discontinue Weaver Pro we will refund unused prepaid time.
9. Termination
You may stop using Weaver and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Weaver is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of __JURISDICTION__, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
